If this is an on-line form with form fields inserted from the forms toolbar
and locked, then check the calculate on exit check box in the last field. If
that doesn't update the calculation, run the macro suggested in my previous
post on exit from the field.
In an ordinary document, the fields do not update automatically. You must
update them. The update macro added to a toolbar is a simple workaround.
