Add Macro to Toolbar in Word 2007

I just "upgraded" from Office 2003 to Office 2007. I had a couple of macros
added to the toolbars of Word 2003 which I need often and need to make
easily accessible within Word 2007, preferably on a toolbar. Can someone
help me do this?
