Save the document with the macro and toolbar as a template in the Word

I have a lot of documents like 'A' ... on which i have already added
a lot of merge fields and also with other texts.
Now I just want to add one more menu item and macro as described in
the first message.

So I need some method, by which I can add new macro and menu item to
the existing documents instead of creating new ones.

Thanks
