Hello Graham,

Thank you so much for making this clearer. I didn't realise I had to
"Add/Remove programs" and remove the Add-in. I wasn't sure what an Add-in
was or how it got there in the first place as I've never knowingly added it
myself. I thought it had to be one of the options within Word itself.
Anyway, followed your instructions and removed the Add-in from the Control
Panel and everything is working very smoothly now - this has been bugging me
for months.
