Word 2000 (SP3) on WIN XP Pro SP2
Having learned from this group, I made a custom DOT (Doug.dot) template several months ago, with my custom toolbars & icons.
Now when I start Word, the DOT is loaded but the toolbar is nowhere to be found. I even copied over from a backup of Doug.dot but still no custom toolbar. Rhe toolbar (DAB) is not even listed in the toolbar listing!
Any hints would be appreciated

TIA
Doug
