    Thanks for the response.
    Revealing the paragraph mark I can see that it is red before I reset it with
    the Ctrl+Space. But this gets set that way when I make any highlighted text
    red using the macro. Yes, I can turn on paragraph marks and select the
    paragraph mark and clear it with a Ctr+Space but I am trying to minimize key
    strokes.

    Yes, I need to learn more about Styles for formatting. I will delve into it
