Well, I confess I'm stymied. I suspect this may have something to do with
the customization context. It may be necessary to have the actual
template/add-in open in order to accomplish this. I suspect you still have a
DocSmartz template in either the Word or the Office Startup folder. Deleting
that should remove the added menu items.
