I feel your pain CAUSED BY MICROSOFT. I have actually
taken the time to call MS direct and ask them what the
deal is!!! What was the reply? "I don't know why they
won't offer the basic Newsgroup functionality that even
fly by night Newsgroup/Forums offer." Thier own
employees know CUSTOMER SERVICE is not Microsofts strong
point.

It is such a hassle searching for posts I have created
(even though I put in words in my post that should
automate this for me!) I can't even find posts/replies
sometimes...even after posting them 1-2 weeks ago!

There are hundreds of Newgroup /Forum Sites that offer
BASIC Functionality that MS doesn't.

Why can't microsoft AT LEAST PROVIDE SOMETHING EQUAL TO
other sites that allow users to view all their posts on
their site? (Obviously MS doesn't want to be better as
far as Customer Support goes)

Email notification of Newsgroup Replies to a post is very
basic functionality that any reputable site offers.

It's amazing...all this money MS makes and they can't
find the desire to help customers with something so
valuable as CUSTOMER SUPPORT! We know money isn't the
issue, so they obviously just DON'T CARE.

WHY DON'T YOU LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS MICROSOFT?
