Did you try "Paste Special" in AutoCAD?

Other way: Get another graphics program which can export to dwg, dxf,
wmf or emf and which can paste word graphic as graphic object.
E.g. Corel Draw or Micrografx Designer, or (shareware) Mayura Draw
(www.mayura.com). However texts are not aligned correctly when pasted to
Mayura Draw.
