I've never heard of Arabe Notepad. So, no clue there. But...
Open the email. Right click on the attachment, and choose Save As. Give it a
name (e.g., attachment.txt), and note the location.
Next, use Word to navigate to the location where you saved the file, and see
if you can open it now.
