There are several ways to do this, but they all require some kind of
additional software. I use OmniPage Pro for OCR work, and it includes
the means to do this. Scansoft also sells a standalone program that
will do the conversion. Also there are a few other programs that have
been mentioned.... do a Google search and you should come up with lots
of recommendations.
