Couldn't open any document~~

Hi, After an abnormal shutdown with Word open at that time, I have trouble
everytime in opening the Word 2007 application program.
When I clicked some word file, it did open the application but without the
file.
And When I clicked "x" to close the program, it just shows stopped working
and asks to debug or close program.

I thought it might be the Normal.dotm problem. So I went to the related
directory to delete the normal.dotm. But it's still the same.

I also remove and reinstall the word from the original dvd. Still the same
as the above mentioned.

Any help is grateful.
