If you exit Word and then delete the BuildingBlocks.dotx file, does that

I have tried reinstalling Office home and student 2007 and i keep
getting
this message. I have also gone to start and run
"%userprofile%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Document Building Blocks\1033" and put the building
blocks
into a temp folder and it still does not work for putting in page
numbers.
How do i fix it??? Please walk me through this as simply as posibble.
Also
how to do a proper temp folder.
