Standard Dictionary

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I've had Word 2007 for about a year now and I still don't have a spell check
option, as no dictionary was installed when I installed Office. I'm aware of
where the dictionaries are located (in the Uproof, or proof folder of the
Microsoft folder), and there is no standard one. Does anyone know where I
can get a standard dictionary download online? Or do I need to take one from
a friend's computer?

Any help is greatly appreciated as I might as well use a typewriter since
there's no dict. built in.
