I am having the same problem with closing word, ppt, etc. and I see no
resolution is posted here. Did you ever figure out what to do?

I to get the same errors, it only happens when closing a Word 97 -2003
document (.doc) And yes I read the article Terry refers to, and it
mentions
nothing about this whatsoever!
