They're present on my installation, Terry.
Are you sure you aren't using an old Normal template converted from a
previous version that customized the shortcut menus? If you've been using
the same Normal template for several versions that might explain why you
don't see them.

Beth
Those commands are not present on that context menu in W2007. I am able to
be certain of this because I happen to have a fresh install (following a
disk crash), so other than run updates, I know that I haven't changed
anything yet.

It depends on the version of Word you are using. Word 2002 - Word 2007
have the Cut/Copy/Paste commands added by default but they aren't present
on the shorucut menu for spelling/grammar in previous versions.

The options for Copy/Cut/Paste do not appear for a misspelt or bad
grammar
words. Instead for these instances use Ctrl+C/Ctrl+X/Ctrl+V
respectively.
Hope this helps

I am unable to right click to allow cut, copy or paste on a highlighed
