Re: Form Fields won't go away

I checked...the form is protected. The thing is that this particular form
works on 5 different computers, but doest wok on the one client has at home.
I was thinking it might be a setting on the computer, or a bug? Any ideas?

A protected form (one made using fields from the Forms toolbar) doesn't work
unless you protect it for forms. You may need to look at Dian Chapman's
forms tutorials; find links at

I creared a form with a bunch of form fields. Each form field has a
has a
defaul text prompt set up by me, so that the client knows that kind of
info
he needs to type in in each field (such as [Name], [Date], etc.).

I used Office 2003. My client is trying to fill in this form on his
version
of Office 2003. When she clicks on the form fields, it gets
highlighted,
but
when she tries to type in her info, the form fields won't
dissapear...they
are staying there, and the info that she is trying to type in is being
typed
over the grey background. Also, the defaul prompt (e.g. [Name]) stays
there
too.

Any ideas what is going on with the client's version of Word? The form
works
fine on other computers.
