Thanks for the tip, Graham, but I believe I've actually figured out
what the problem is. I just tried to print a map, and everything that
should be in color is blank. When I last changed my black cartridge, I
couldn't figure out how to do it, so I removed my color cartridge too.
Finally got the black in and working, but I don't think the color's in
right. According to the Dell printer, I still have plenty of ink in my
color cartridge; I think I must have it in wrong somehow.

It's early here, and I'm about to head out of town, which is why I was
printing a map. I'll mess with the cartridge when I return and let you
guys know. Thanks for all your help.
