Very unlikely that Word is causing these problems--more like Norton
AntiVirus or the like. See “Word prompts me to save changes to the
Normal.dot template”

I have a serious problem with my office suite 2002. As soon as MS Word isphone
started several programs does not work anymore such as Kazaa, my Nokia
PC suite for sync. , my laptop does not go into standby anymore, and soon.
So I reboot and reboot. I bought a new laptop recently and thought byoffice
reinstalling the software all would dissapear, but no!! I ourchase a
XP version on the internet and after installing, still the same. When Iclose
MS Word before rebooting, it says: the global template has changed, do yo
want to save it?
If I say yes, it says the disk is full and close some programs (although
disk is far from full). So I say no and exit MS. Word and need to reboot.
I have no more solution and am tired of this after one year of suffering.
Can anyone help me out????
Best regards
Andre
