i have win xp home and ms word 2002. when opening the program, it functions
fine for about 30 seconds then i get the following message...
microsoft word has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry
for the nconvenience.
so far all i've done is to rename the normal.dot file and renamed the
following directory in the
registry....HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\version
number\Word\Data
any help would be appreciated
