Re: Installation problem and strange operation



In the future, should you encounter an error message - especially when
installing software, upgrades, patches, write the exact error message
down. :-). Without the error message this could be difficult to
troubleshoot. (Actually, if you encounter an error when installing,
upgrading, patching, then you really should correct the error and try
the install/upgrade/patch again.)

Could the message have been something along the lines of your Registry
being protected??
