Re: Size 10 envelope is printing wrong

I take it you didn't backup the registry as adviseded? If you were able to
import the backup it would restore the original settings.

You can remove the envfeed_7 entry from the registry and then when you make
the changes in the envelope editor it should re-enter the required settings.
Back it up first!

The macro alternative which you appear to have dismissed should force the
required settings. The Word startup folder is defined at tools > options >
file locations > startup. Save a document containing the macro as a template
into that folder.

Alternatively add the macro to your normal.dot
http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm

If you are using a recent operating system, you could roll back Windows to a
time when you know it worked correctly.
