Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop, left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped drives that are not currently available.

I have installed all pertinent Office updates (Office SP2) and it is fully up to date. Does anyone have an idea what might be happening or how to fix this?
