Re: Opening a document as it was originally saved, after already modif

If you haven't already saved the document, then you can close it without
saving changes, then re-open the previously saved version.

If you have already saved it, see if there is a Backup of {original document
name}.wbk in the same folder as the orignal file. (If not, this is a handy
feature to have enabled, as you can guess. Choose Tools - Options - Save,
and enabled "Always create backup copy" for future protection.)

If backups aren't on, and the document has been saved, but not yet closed,
it's often possible to recover the previous state by using Undo (Ctrl+Z).
There is an Undo "stack", and you usually can Undo multiple changes to get
back to where you were. What I will do sometimes is save a copy of what I'm
doing in a new file name, then press Ctrl+Z until I get back to the
originial version of the file, and save it under the original file name.
