Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hmmm... sorry, I don't see in your original post where you mention that you already checked this. At the risk of suggesting something else that you already checked, start Windows Explorer and search for an OFFICEAV.DLL file on the hard drive (be sure to include system and hidden files/folders in the search options). If you find it, then you are using Norton's software. Note the folder where the file is located, and use the "regsvr32 /u" method described in KB329820 to unregister the DLL.

I have already check this, but I am not using Norton's software.
I really have no idea why the error occurs.

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the Office Plugin that comes with it. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 "How to use Office programs with the Norton AntiVirus Office plug-in" for more information.
