I don't know the template, but it sounds like it probably uses text boxes.
If so, you can link the text boxes by selecting the first, clicking on the
Create Text Box Link button on the Text Box toolbar, and then clicking in
the second text box. (You'll get a cursor that looks like a jug once you
have clicked on the link button - to remind you the next click "pours" the
contents into the next selected box.)Repeat to link the second box to the
third.
