Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry



Well, you can't keep operating in Safe Mode. This is merely a diagnostic
tool. What it shows you is that there is something in Normal.dot, the
Registry, or an add-in that is causing the problem. You will now need to
troubleshoot to find out which one.
