Word Fonts Disapear

I have one user out of 75 users in a Terminal Server enviroment that looses
their font selection (only one font is available from the dropdown list). I
deleted and recreated the account from the terminal server and that fixed the
problem for awhile - then it came back - makes me think it is a macro virus
in one of their documents.

Any ideas?
