Repairs made by word

Everytime i press save in word I get this message: "This
file contains repairs made to it by Word. Saving the
file will make these repairs permanent. It is
recommended that you view the repairs before saving the
file."

Then I get the option to "show errors" "save"
or "cancel". When I press "show errors" button it
doesn't actually show me any errors.

Can anybody help?
