I created a document in Word 2000 that consists of many different formats.
One column, two column, page breaks, section breaks, etc.
I sent it to my client and she opened it in Word 2002 and the document was still in tact.
When she opened it in Word 2003, the whole document was one column.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thank you for your time and have a great day, Kathleen
