WINFAX mail & merge compile error

 To get rid of a compile error at start up, I reran the install of SP1 and did the SP 2 CD, as well as doing all the upgrades that I could at the downlaod center.

I still get error messages when I open Word saying Microsoft Visual Basic Error in hidden module: winfax print and merge

I looked for ut2000*.* files. it did not work. I did not have any ut2000*.*files on the computer.

I ren normal.dot to normal.123 to see if there was an error on that template. Still the same error

What should I do next?
