I have Office XP installed on a laptop running Windows
XP. Every time I open Word it crashes immediately and
offers to send an error report to Microsoft. The file
causing the problem seems to be "hpzpm308.dll". This
laptop is networked with a desktop computer running
Windows 98. There is a fairly new HP printer connected to
the older desktop, and I believe that the file causing the
problem is related to the printer installation. Any ideas
how to fix this (besides getting rid of the older
computer)?
