I suspect you are coming to this conclusion after reading a couple of
Suzanne's replies requesting additional information from a poster in
order to provide an educated suggestion rather supplying a wild guess.
Perhaps you can make a better assessment of Suzanne's replies after
reading approximately 15,000 posts she has made to the newsgroups from
5 Mar 2003 - 5 Mar 2004:
