Suzanne - Sorry, I didn't notice the 'Word', 'just application errors'

Mike - I have just had such poor luck with wait times on calls that I
thought I would give this a try.

Any way - I tried the patch and it didn't work. Guess I'll have to try and
find a third party scheduler.
