no ethernet at 10mbps!!

Hello Experts,
I am using win ce image on AT91SAM9263 board. surprisingly I am able to connect ethernet at 100mbps but not at 10mbps!! I went through all the source drivers but could not find the problem. Also I can burn the wince image at 10mbps but wince itself is not able to connect at 100mbps.

Is there any registry setting to manually set the link speed?? or something that i am missing.
