Thanks a lot. The image went bigger than 32Mb with IE included, so that's why
it happened.

One cause if boots once, then fails to boot is an overlap of the OS and
flash disk. So the flash disk writes to the end of the OS in flash.

I am working with Platformbuilder WinCE6 and adeneo BSP for the
AT91Sam9263.
I made an image and it works.
Now, I added Internet Explorer to the catalog. After flashing the image,
it
boots up one time and works, too.
When I cold boot the device, it just resets after about 10 sec. with the
following output from serial:

FMD_DirectRead lasted 9182 ms for 0x213f3e4 bytes (timer granularity is
400)
Launching windows CE image by jumping at address 0x2006d000.
