Disable NDIS negotiation

I'd like to force a network adapter of the device to work at 100Mbit
without negotiating the bitrate (10,100 or 1000). I don't have the
code for the network driver, so it has to be via NDIS.
Is there an I/O control or any other way to force the adapter into a
mode like this?
