WinCE 6.0 R2 bios bootloader support fat32

Hi

I am wondering anyone success on bios bootloader (bldr) support fat32
file system?

I have a 4 GB cf card, x86, want to use bldr to boot my nk.bin, since
microsoft says R2 version bios bootloader supports fat32 file system.
Using the cepc setup disk, it's fdisk partition my cf card as fat16,
and if I use other tools(freedos, winxp command prompt....) to format
cf card to fat32, the ms-dos does not recognize fat32 file system.

So, I gave up this way, then follow the microsoft document,
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb905626.aspx, without
success. It seems the diskpart utility can only use under CE, I didn't
boot my ce via ethernet, instead, I copy the necessary file to my cf
card, and after bootup ce, I copy those file to \windows directory. By
this way, I can go through the steps as document said, but I don't
have much luck, my PB workstation does not recognize my cf card, so I
can't copy nk.bin into it.

I wonder if this way really works, or my steps are wrong anywhere?
I even try put the setup disk necessary files into winpe and freedos
in order to format fat32, but those tools have version compatible
problem. I can't use mkdisk method in other dos version.

I ran out of idea, hope someone can help!

TIA

Li
