You can't preset user names and passwords for NTLM in the registry. You
could build a suitable program that will run on the first boot of the
device, scan some initialization file with user names and passwords and call
NTLMSetUserInfo() for each of those, then delete the file for security
reasons or something. You can't just put stuff that would be encrypted on a
device-by-device basis in the registry.

Sorry guys, but I forget to say one thing:
Paul, this is for you:
one of my products is completely blind device. I think is easy to
integrate
a users list file, name + password + etc... and load it after boot.
By a program set users on the registry, but at the connection the
identification will be in automatic, auto login (1), or need a procedure
to
add in my program to automate login (2), or in this kind of device sharing
is
not possible (3) ?

Hi guys, sorry for the question... but I'don't find answer at this time
in
any PB5 helps.
My customer wants to connect a desktop machine to a wince device using
NETBIOS redirectoring: I tryed from ce to desktops, various S.O. ,
integrating SAMBA in CE and sharing a directory on the desktop computer
that
is possible, so you write and read files in this network folder.
My problem is reversing the process, attempting to share a folder in CE
and
trying to connect to it from a desktop machine.
Someone has a procedure to do that. Thaks a lot.
PS: CE5.0 and Geode Gx300 device or STPC device, ethernet connection
avaibles;
