windows ce smart devise application

Hi,
i have got a problem when i tried to write my first program in vs 2005. i want to write a c# smart device application. it always gives a error message "platform MyOSDesign has no devices". but i have already created the MyOSDesign and installed the SDK in my PC.if u know some thing about this please reply me.on this blog or directly to m3janotha@xxxxxxxxxx
