Hi Daniel,
Take a look at C:\WINCE600\PUBLIC\CEBASE\OAK\MISC\winceos.bat
This file defines the mapping between catalog components and sysgen
variables.
I've not used it in the way you describe, but I have found it useful
in finding which component I need to include (or remove) to adjust the
various sysgen variables, so it might give you the missing link that
you're looking for.
