Hi Alan,
SETPOWERMANAGEMENT isn't a standard power control Ioctl (IIRC, it's
specific to some Intel display drivers).
So, without seeing the source, it's difficult to know what's going on
(i.e. why only certain power values are being passed through or
handled).
Are the standard power Ioctls (IOCTL_POWER_GET, IOCTL_POWER_SET,
IOCTL_POWER_CAPABILITIES) implemented as well - and if not, have you
tried implementing them and using the power management API instead?
