Bah! Nevermind. I changed

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\PCCARD0\WindowEntry3]
"RepeatCount"=dword:1 ; 2 instances of the IO window

to

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\PCCARD0\WindowEntry3]
"RepeatCount"=dword:2 ; 2 instances of the IO window

and all is working fine.
