Generate self signed certificates on CE 5.0?

Is there a native way to generate self signed certs on a CE device? If
not, does anyone know of a way to accomplish this. Each of our
devices needs a seperate cert and it would be much easier to have them
generated on the device, than to load different certs on every board.
