Is it ok if i change the priorities of DMA and LCD (by setting the
ARB_CNTRL) while OS is running ?
The OS put no limitation on this operation, but you should check if
the hardware allows you to change those setting at any time. If it
doesn't it's up to you to set-up some sinchronization mechanism
between your bus-arbiter accessing code and the drivers working on the
devices involved (USB, display, DMA).
IIRC there are no problem changing the bus arbiter configuration even
when the involved components are working on the bus, but it's better
to check the PXA documentation on this.
