thank you for your answer.

Now, after disabling SMI and unnecessary hardware and after taking a
look into the AMD BSP, it is difficult to say "this is the best jitter
I can get with a Geode LX 800".
I'll try to contact AMD, just to see if they have the idea of the
latencies that I have to expect from this platform.
