I tried to get Active Sync over RNDIS running on WCE 6.0, until now i
did not succeed.

I get the feeling that Henrik is right.
But what about this nice documentation in the msdn where i think it
should be possible somehow:

Well the first thing i stumbled was that all the DTPT services where
not available on Windows CE (or commented out in the cellcore module
cebasecesysgen.bat).
