Active Sync over RNDIS Windows CE 6.0

Hi

I know this topic has already been discussed in this newsgroup.
I read a lot of the comments, statements and problems.
Unfortunately i could not get a real message out of all the posts.

--> is it possible to have an Active Sync connection over RNDIS in
