Nor flash menroy

Hi ,
I am a very new in nor desigining . While reading the spec/dat*** i
was confused about the bank/sector architecture so can anybody explain
NOR Flash build layout.One more thing what is top/bottom boot nor
device ?
Is that again setcor layout specific ?

I am looking forward to you .
Please help me to know about it asap.
