Interesting! You are right:

Display driver in MODULES section -> CE complains about missing K flag
Display driver in FILES section -> CE does not complain about missing
K flag

Is this design on purpose or is it like that for historic reasons (as
Dean said: FILES section will be fixed up at runtime by the kernel)?
